Trust & Safety
How We Keep Your Booking Safe
Short version: you never send money to us or to a personal account. You pay the licensed Dubai company that runs your yacht, car or flight, after you have their name, licence details and a written quote. We earn a referral fee from the operator, so our advice is free for you.
At a glance
- Who you pay
- The licensed operator, directly
- Before you pay
- Operator name + written quote
- Our fee to you
- None — advice is free
- Contact
- WhatsApp or Telegram
Our four promises
- Licensed operators only. Before we recommend a company we ask for its Dubai trade licence and the permit its activity needs — for example, a DET tourism licence for tour companies and DMCA permits for yacht charters.
- Everything in writing. Your quote names the operator and lists the price, what's included, VAT, the meeting point and the cancellation policy.
- You pay the operator directly, through the payment method on their official invoice or website — never a personal bank account or a stranger's payment link.
- We stay with you. We're on WhatsApp or Telegram before and during your trip if anything changes.
What your quote will show
Always included
- Operator's company name
- Total price and what it includes
- Date, time and meeting point
- Cancellation and weather policy
Ask for it any time
- A copy of the operator's trade licence
- Real photos or video of your yacht or car
- Insurance and deposit terms
- The operator's official contact
Check any Dubai company yourself
You don't have to trust us blindly. A Dubai mainland licence can be checked with the Invest in Dubai licence search using the company name or licence number; free-zone companies are checked on their free zone's own website. Make sure the name on the licence matches the name on your invoice.
Why we let you stay private
On Telegram you can message us by username — no phone number is shown on either side. Share personal details only when you are ready to book, and only what the operator needs (for example, passport details for a yacht guest list).
Spotted something wrong? In Dubai, online fraud can be reported to Dubai Police through the eCrime platform or by calling 901 (non-emergency). Read our guide to avoiding booking scams.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I pay Dubai Luxora?
Because your contract should be with the company that delivers the service. Paying the licensed operator directly keeps your booking clear and protected. The operator pays us a referral fee, so our help costs you nothing.
How do I know the operator is real?
Ask for the operator's trade licence (we send it on request) and check it on the Invest in Dubai licence search or the free zone's website. The company name should match your invoice.
Do I have to give my phone number?
No. You can message us on Telegram by username, which shows no phone number. When you book, the operator may need some guest details, such as passport information for a yacht.
