Two parts of a VIP arrival
1. Inside the terminal: meet & assist
The official marhaba service meets you at the aircraft gate or arrivals hall. Its tiers range from fast track through immigration and security with an escort (Bronze), to a porter (Silver), and a one-to-one service with buggy and lounge (Gold). Meet & greet starts from about AED 136; marhaba Elite includes a chauffeured luxury car. For the highest level, the Al Majlis VIP service at Dubai International offers private passport control, security and customs (price on request).
2. Outside: the car
Your chauffeur waits with a name sign, helps with luggage and drives you to your hotel. Cars range from a Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series to a GMC Yukon for families and a Rolls-Royce for a special arrival.
What is included
- Flight tracking — the driver adjusts to the real landing time.
- Free waiting time — usually 30–60 minutes after landing, depending on the company; extra waiting is charged.
- Meet & greet at arrivals with a name sign, and help with luggage.
- Fixed price agreed in advance; ask whether VAT is included.
Compare: taxi vs hotel car vs luxury chauffeur
An airport taxi starts at about AED 20 – 25 and is metered — good value, but you queue and there is no meet & greet. Hotel limousines often charge about AED 315 – 400 from DXB (more from DWC). A luxury chauffeur costs about AED 250 – 1,000 depending on the car, and a Rolls-Royce from about AED 800 per hour.
Travelling with children
UAE rules require child seats for children up to age 4, and children under 10 or under 145 cm may not sit in the front. Tell us the ages and we ask for the right seats.
